When you apply or make an enquiry, we collect the details you provide — including your name, phone, Instagram, Telegram, location, age and any portfolio links. For represented models, we also securely store the likeness imagery used to create your approved digital twin.
How We Use Your Data
We use your information to review applications, manage representation, match likenesses to brand campaigns, process royalty payments, and contact you about opportunities. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Likeness & Biometric Data
Your digital likeness is treated as sensitive data. It is encrypted, access-controlled and stored in secure infrastructure. We retain the highest-resolution digital twins; brands only ever receive finalised campaign collateral — never your raw likeness files.
Consent & Control
Your likeness is only ever used for campaigns you have explicitly approved. You may withdraw consent for future use, request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your records at any time by contacting us.
Data Sharing
We share the minimum necessary information with brands and trusted partners (such as payment and legal providers) solely to deliver representation services. All partners are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
